We've enjoyed watching our Gamecocks play football and we have an even greater time tailgating at the games!

Wesley and Andrew have started taking karate! The picture says it all...too cute!

This describes totally what my days are like...keeping Ethan out of ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING!!!

1st Day of School 2009

Well, the lazy days of summer have ended and the busy days of cheerleading practice, football games, and karate have begun! I can't believe that I have a 7th grader and a 3rd grader...WOW, I'm getting old! :-) Ethan and I are enjoying it being a little quieter around here...lol!! Quiet honestly, I'm glad to see this summer come to an end. Between Wesley's 2 back surgeries, arguing siblings, and a lacking quiet time with God, I have been a mess. But, that's another blog in itself! I'm ready to get back on a schedule (I can't believe I'm saying that) and get a little normalcy around here. And, not to mention fall is my favorite season... bring on the football, cooler weather, caramal apples and the amazing tree changes!!! God is so good and I am so thankful for His amazing love for me!!

Happy 12th Birthday to my beautiful, funny, smart, brilliant actress, amazing voice, brother loving, friend loving, lover of Jesus, swimming, pizza, Taco Bell, Jonas Brothers, Taylor Swift, Ghost Hunters, Red Convertible V W Beetles, cheerleading and all things Aeropostale. These are just a few ways to describe Taylor. She is very kind-hearted, yet a little bossy :) She will fight with Andrew one minute and the next she will be asking him to go outside and ride bikes with her. She has Ethan spoiled rotten!! He loves her so much. She is an amazing big sister! Taylor, I am so proud of the young lady you are becoming! God has given us such a gift with you! Keep God first in all you do and your possibilities are endless!! With your gifts and talents you can do anything in this world you want to! I love you with all my heart!!!!

Happy 11 Months, Ethan

Wow...one more month and he will be 1!! Man, that went by fast! He is turning into quiet the little character! He is very stubborn and sneaky! I will tell him "no", and he will stop, look at me, then continue to do what I told him not to do. He will continue to do so until I pick him up and move him somewhere else!! He is also very loving and silly. He likes to make indian sounds with his mouth and will give you tons of kisses!! He loves for you to play peek-a-boo with him tickle his belly! He is a very picky eater. There for a while all he would eat for lunch and supper was peanut butter crackers! He still sometimes eats waffles for supper, but hey, it's food, and that's all he will eat at the time!! He can pull up and is almost entirely off the bottle. He would much rather drink from the cup, which makes my life a whole lot easier. He can say, da-da, ma-ma, ta-ta, "more", "buba" and I know he has said "love you", but no one else has heard it, so that can't be confirmed! He is such a joy and a blessing to our family! I just can't imagine life without him! He makes our family complete!
